Billing and trial
How the free trial works, where to add a card, how invoices and cancellation work.
Everything lives in Settings → Billing, split into Plan and Payment.
The free trial
Your trial starts automatically when you create your account: 14 days, full access, no credit card.
Nothing is charged during the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends — the sync simply pauses until you add a payment method.
Adding a payment method
Settings → Billing → Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.
Your invoices
The billing page opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can download every invoice, update your card, or change your billing address and VAT number.
When your price changes
Your price step is recomputed each month from the previous month's royalties. A decrease applies on its own. An increase is always announced by email first.

Switching to annual
From Settings → Billing → Plan. Annual costs ten months for twelve.
Cancelling
Settings → Billing → Plan → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is deleted when it lapses — your data is still there if you come back.
Deleting your account
That is a different action, on Settings → Account. It is permanent: your data is erased and the link to your KDP account is released.
