What is TrueRoyalties?
One dashboard for your whole KDP business — royalties, ad spend, Kindle Unlimited, series, ranks, reviews and links — and the real profit underneath all of it.
The problem
Running a KDP business means reading a different screen for every question you have.
KDP shows your royalties. Amazon Ads shows your spend. Neither shows your profit — so you can sell more every month and still lose money, because the two numbers live in two dashboards, in different currencies, before tax.
And profit is only the first question. Are people finishing the book? Does book 1 carry readers into book 2? Where does each title rank today, in each country? What did that new review say? Every one of those lives somewhere else again, and none of them is on the same page as the money.
What TrueRoyalties does
TrueRoyalties is the all-in-one dashboard for Amazon KDP authors and publishers: it combines KDP royalties, Amazon Ads spend, Kindle Unlimited pages read, series read-through, Best Sellers Rank, customer reviews and reader links across every marketplace, and computes the real net profit that neither KDP nor Amazon Ads shows.
That last part is the one no other dashboard does:
Net profit = Royalties − Ad spendPer book, per marketplace, per day — across every KDP store you sell in.

What's inside
Four questions, four parts of the app. Every one of them reads the same imported data, so nothing has to be connected twice — the features page walks through all four in order.
| Answers | Where | |
|---|---|---|
| Profit | Am I making money? | Dashboard, Books, Marketplaces, Orders, Comparison |
| Readers | Is anyone reading, and how far? | Kindle Unlimited, Series & read-through |
| Visibility | Where do I rank, and what are they saying? | Best Sellers Rank, Reviews |
| Sell & prove | How do I sell more, and prove it? | Smart links, Verified page |
Two of those are worth a sentence on their own, because they are not reports — they do something with the numbers. A smart link is one short link that sends every reader to their own Amazon store, with a QR code for your back matter and a click count that lands next to your royalties. Your verified page is a public page of your real KDP figures that nobody can edit, including you — for proving an income claim without a screenshot anyone could have faked.
What it handles for you
The parts of the arithmetic that are tedious, easy to get wrong, and applied everywhere without you asking:
| Multi-marketplace | US, UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, JP, CA, AU and the rest, in one view |
| Currencies | Every amount converted at the rate of its own transaction date |
| Taxes | KDP withholding tax and VAT on ad spend, applied automatically |
| Kindle Unlimited | KENP pages read and KU royalties counted as real income |
| Ad attribution | Which sales your ads actually generated, and what they cost |
Free tools, no account needed
Some of the arithmetic is useful before you are a customer, so it is public and free: the KDP royalty calculator, the KENP calculator, the Kindle Unlimited page-rate history, the book sales calculator, the ISBN barcode generator and the QR code generator. They run entirely in your browser.
What it never does
TrueRoyalties is read-only on Amazon. It never changes your books, your prices, your campaigns or your bids. It reads your reports and does the maths.
